Mark Korman is the founder of Makor Strategy and a veteran legal executive with over 20 years of experience leading legal strategy for technology, cybersecurity, and SaaS companies. He has served as Chief Legal Officer, VP & General Counsel, and senior legal advisor to global organizations operating across Israel, the U.S., Europe, and APAC.

Mark has built and led high-performing legal teams, negotiated hundreds of commercial and technology agreements, supported companies through strategic acquisitions and fundraising, and advised CEOs and boards on governance, compliance, privacy, and enterprise risk. 

His unique combination of legal expertise, business judgment, and operational understanding allows him to translate complex issues into clear, actionable solutions.
